This book is both a poetry anthology and self help book. The poems are contributed by people who are struggling with their mental health, and those who support them. Both L.W. Rogers and myself have contributed a poem each to this one.
The self help section has a list of mental health charities and organisations that offer help for a large range of issues. These are U.K. based, but along with the phone numbers there are also websites provided.
Also included in the latter half of the book is a section on complementary therapies, the positive impact of mindfulness on mental health, and things you can do to look after yourself. Proceeds from the book are being used to provide complementary therapies to people struggling with their mental health. The book is available in both eBook and paperback formats. The eBook is listed at £9.99. The paperback is available for £13.77.
